GALLERY RENT

GALLERY HIRE RENT PER FORTNIGHT: confirmed booking only on receipt of deposit.

£100 DEPOSIT returnable depending on condition of gallery at end of exhibition.

Non-WASPS artists:

	£160 2 weeks group hire
	£120 2 weeks joint exhibition
	£80 2 weeks solo exhibition

WASPS artists:

£50 2 weeks solo

£60 2 weeks joint

£70 2 weeks group

COMMISSION ON SALES:

Non-WASPS artists: 20%

WASPS artists: 10%

Non selling exhibition: extra £50 pw

CONDITIONS OF USE

BOOKING on receipt of deposit and signed contract

EXHIBITIONS RUN BACK-TO-BACK for 2 weeks, Thursday to Wednesday. Please Note: Minimum booking is now Two Weeks

OPENING TIMES MINIMUM required Tues-Sat, 12-4 - further opening is at the exhibitor's discretion – note times of life drawing groups in gallery

BACK GALLERY USE be aware classes take place Mondays 7-9 & Tuesdays 9-12; installations need to be moved for this period weekly

HANGING, PUBLICITY, INVITES, PRIVATE VIEW AND INVIGILATION arranged and carried out by exhibitor

WEBSITE jpg image & text posted on homepage - current show on this site - DO NOT SEND pdf FILES

GALLERY to be returned to the state it was found in after the exhibition
WORK – no work can be stored at Patriothall after an exhibition

INSURANCE - public liability (3rd party) but not covered for art work

Please Note: Patriothall Gallery is a self funded space, and is not staffed. The hire and commission rates are kept as low as possible for exhibitors by being an artist-led gallery. Please help us to keep costs low by respecting the space and following these conditions of use as stated in the contract.
